The E-CAM CNC system, which is designed for instant use, offers a very high stage of user comfort for many different automated applications.
The mechanical construction is based on stable aluminium-steel components which provide low vibration. The linear motion units are driven by ball screw drives, free from backlash to guarantee high precision. The design of the machine was focussed on a space-saving footprint. Servo drives power control units and mechanical components are optimally synchronized to each other.
The result provides high performance, smoothness and power reserve to the user. The machine concepts major attribute is a static stationary XZ portal with a travelling workpiece on a stable machine table in Y-direction.
