LC 'X' Features

• Ball screws on all 3 axes, providing the highest degree of accuracy and repeatability which results in machine longevity, and requiring minimal maintenance.

• THK rails and bearings on Y-axis. These high-grade carriages provide smooth motion, longevity, and can handle very high loads, which, in turn, provides an excellent edge finish.

MULTI-ZONE VACUUM TABLE

The vacuum table and accessories are designed to be as universal as possible. We understand that fixturing parts can be one of the most complex aspects of manufacturing. The LC and LC'X' vacuum table allows for both mechanical and vacuum fixturing to be used simultaneously.

What does this mean?

If you are processing sheets of material, such as: Plywood, MDF, Melamine, Plastic, Aluminium, Foam or any other sheet-like material, vacuum hold-down is an excellent solution. If you are processing small or irregular shaped products, then you may want to utilize vacuum along with mechanical clamps.

The T-Slots built into the vacuum table provide easy mounting gates so that your materials line up square and parallel to the axes of travel. In addition, the tables are zoned. If you are processing small parts then you do not require the entire machine’s vacuum table to be wide open, rather just a small section.
