The new PREMIUM 4030 µ is a 3 up to 5 axis HSC milling system, which is particularly conceived for the requirements of highly precise treatment of fine-mechanical small parts, the micromachining and milling of graphite/copper electrodes.

In order to come up to this requirement of accuracy, all neuralgic points for a process-safe manufacturing were integrated into the machine concept:

The solid machine basis consisting of a hard rock granite portal with decoupled Y-axis guarantees a high rigidity and long-term stability. The individual granite elements are manufactured with the accuracy after DIN876.
The path breaking linear motor technology and the incremental measuring procedure guarantee highest positioning accuracies and high-dynamic feed motions.
Fastest control technologies (High Speed Cutting) ensure harmonious path movements during a simultaneous, simple to use user guidance, WIN XP based.
