4th-Axis: D1 |
4th-Axis: D2 |
4th-Axis: RDH-M |
4th-Axis: RDH-S |
4th and 5th-Axis: DSH-S |
4th-Axis: LC Models Only |
The rotary axis D1 is
suitable to be used as additional 4th axis for machining cylindrical
parts or for multi-side machining of complex 3D parts of the ICP /ICV
series.Standard feature
|
The classic: The compact
rotary axis issued already in innumerable applications and
can be equipped with different tailstock lengths. Depending
on the clamping surface of the selected system, centre
distances of 370 - 1320 mm are possible with a centre height
of Ø 220 mm.
The parts, which can be worked on, can be taken up with a three-jaw-chuck. Standard feature
|
The new solid rotary axis
RDH-M with Harmonic Drive gear is
characteristic by a extremely loadable and stiff drive
bearing, zero backlash and high torsion stiffness.
Standard feature
|
The RDH-S with
Harmonic Drive gear is the small brother of the rotary axis RDH-M
with the comparable characteristics: extremely loadable and stiff
drive bearing as well as zero backlash and high torsion stiffness. Standard feature
|
The DSH-S with
Harmonic Drive technology is a very compact and place
saving rotary/swivelling unit. As workpiece admission a
three-jaw chuck (Ø 65 mm) or a round plate (Ø 150 mm) is
available.
By the small dimensions this unit is ideally suitable for 5-axis milling on a PREMIUM 4820. Standard feature
|
This optional 4th axis enables the user to continue to use the entire bed of the chosen CNC model, whilst extending the machines ability to do 4th axis as an extension. Unique approach that will keep your production running with out stopping for change over. |
