Template making CNC system

1. Our CAD software enables you to create your template design or import your design from a scanned image or as a DXF file.

2. You can then decide to add engraving text for part description and add work holding tabs to prefent your finished cut template from breaking free of the master material during the machining process.

3. Add your toolpath to the contours you created and then run the 3D rendering, which allows you then to proof your toolpath and visualise your final template as it should be, before you export to the machine.

4. Within just a few minutes the template is ready to be used on your profile grinder. Even single custom profile orders can be executed in a fast and economic way. You save time and increase your productivity. We have a choice of 3 sizes of template making desktop CNC machines, complete with spindle, work-holding clamps and set of tools.

Safety is further guaranteed as machines come with an electronic interlock system, that only allows the door to be opened once the axis and spindle have stopped.
