VakuFit clamping

Mist Coolant System

T-slot Vacuum Bed

LC CNC Machine Models ONLY

It can be used on all T-groove plates and does not depend on raster's. CNC units can be upgraded and back fitted with this vacuum clamping technology in a very cost-saving way. It can also interact with different clamping technologies of all kinds. It is recommended to use an injection pump to create the vacuum. The pump is maintenance free and uses regular compressed air between 4 and 8 bar.

The Time between applying and clamping of a part is less than 2 seconds (up to 85 % vacuum).

Two different vacuum pumps are provided. One pump has an energy saving function, which stops the compressed air supply on an optionally adjusted vacuum, so that it only uses air for about 5 seconds per clamping procedure and a one pump is without any further functions with permanent air consumption. Both provide a vacuum of approximately 85 %.

The raster vacuum clamping system ERWIN is to be used in clamping work pieces with extensive geometry, e.g. plate material.

The necessary clamping ranges become surely clamped by the use of sealing profiles. Several vacuum plates equip the workbench of a CNC unit, which are made of plastic

The individual plates and the necessary slot raster's are worked on directly on the CNC unit, so that a flat surface of the vacuum table is ensured.

Vacuum table design is the most flexible and efficient system offered on the market today. We understand that fixturing parts can be the most  complex part of the manufacturing process, in addition to being time consuming.  Our vacuum tables allow mechanical and vacuum fixturing to be used simultaneously, which aids in the processing of sheet-like materials such as MDF, Melamine, plastic,  and foam. Each aluminium vacuum table is designed with built-in T-slots for additional hold-down support.

The built-in T-slots make it easy to align materials to the axis of travel, and, when paired with mechanical clamps, Techno vacuum tables are great for processing both small and irregular shaped products. Additionally, Techno’s vacuum tables are zoned for processing minor parts that require a smaller portion of the table to be used.  Our channelling system allows gasket material to be routed around the vacuum table.
